个人简介：
王志奎，男，汉族，1983年1月生，山东德州人，副教授，硕士生研究生导师。2009年5月参加工作，2021年6月加入中国共产党，哈尔滨工业大学大学化学工程与技术专业毕业，研究生学历，工学博士学位。现任bbin糖果派对app(中国)有限责任公司海洋发展中心专业教师，发表学术论文10篇，主持河北省自然科学基金面上资助项目1项。
研究方向：功能高分子、电化学储能器件、海洋防污防腐等方面的研究。
